Arsenal's Premier League title race looks set to go down to the wire this season as both the Gunners and Manchester City continue to match results in the division. The Citizens faced the early kick off on Saturday, dispatching Liverpool 4-1 to make the mission clear for Mikel Arteta and his side in response.
The north London outfit matched them, winning 4-1 in their own clash with Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium, with the whole squad playing their part. However, the role of Leandro Trossard in the frontline since his arrival was one particular question that was asked to Arteta after the victory.
The star joined from Brighton to help bolster the forward ranks with versatility and quality, leading to the question of whether the Spaniard could've pictured this impact in "his wildest dreams". Arteta quickly replied: "I have very wild dreams," to a ripple of laughter in the press room.

"No seriously, we knew about his quality and what he could bring to the team," the Spaniard continued. "He can play, right left, he can play as a midfielder he can be a false nine. He’s really contributing to the team. He’s taking responsibility to make that happen and we love him."
The impressive start for the Belgian cannot be understated, with plenty of contributions to the team effort from the first moment he stepped into the side. Opta found that Trossard has eight open play assists in the Premier League this season, which is only bettered by Man City star Kevin De Bruyne - who has 12.
Baring in mind how little time he has had with the Gunners, it suggests he could have been closer to that total if he had been involved for the whole season.
The addition of Trossard has added yet another facet to the swiss army knife that is Arsenal's attack, that is becoming ever tougher for opposition defences to blunt.
