Aroldis Chapman has had his career been reborn this season, as he’s back to throwing pitches at ridiculous speeds and striking out batters at an impressive rate.
He did that again in the Texas Rangers' win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday when he pitched a scoreless eighth inning with two strikeouts.
He finished his outing by throwing a ridiculous 103.4-mph pitch with a wild amount of movement that Yonny Hernandez swung at but never really had a chance of hitting.
The Rangers are atop the AL West and Chapman, who they traded for last month, is going to be a key player down the stretch and in the playoffs if he keeps doing stuff like this:
