Armstrong Watson acquires Leeds' Grants Chartered Accountants

Accountancy and financial planning firm Armstrong Watson has acquired long-standing Leeds outfit Grants Chartered Accountants.

The deal, which remains undisclosed, means seven of Grants staff will join Armstrong Watson's Leeds city centre office.

Jonathan Grant, principal of the family firm, has also joined Armstrong Watson as a consultant and will continue to provide tax and accounting services to existing clients as he transitions towards retirement.
