Armorer For 'Rust' Refuses To Testify In Court

Alec Baldwin Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the former armorer at the movie Rust, listens to closing arguments in her trial at First District Court in Santa Fe

Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the armorer for the movie 'Rust,' is set to testify on Friday but has indicated that she will not cooperate, according to her attorney.

Despite being transported from prison to the courthouse, Gutierrez Reed plans to plead her Fifth Amendment rights, as confirmed by her attorney, Jason Bowles.

Earlier in June, prosecutors had requested the court to grant Gutierrez Reed immunity in order to compel her testimony; however, the judge ruled against this request.
