- Under the terms of Armani’s will, his heirs must sell an initial 15 per cent stake in the fashion group within 18 months.
- Priority for the stake sale is to be given to major luxury groups such as LVMH, L'Oreal, and EssilorLuxottica, or pursued via an initial public offering.
