Arizona hospital worker accused of felony child exploitation faints after hearing he may face 100 year sentence

A 42-year-old Arizona man accused of ten felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor appeared in court for his initial hearing late last week. Dramatic footage captures the moment Joshua James Lozano was told by the judge that each felony count carries a potential ten-year prison sentence, and that they would be served consecutively.

This means that, if convicted on all ten counts, the 42-year-old would be staring down the barrel of a century behind bars – an effective life sentence. Lozano, who was wearing a The Legend of Zelda vest top, can be seen gripping the podium tightly before wobbling, then fainting and collapsing to the floor.
