Arizona football has been woeful since the start of the 2018 season, going a combined 10-31.
The Wildcats had to hoped they would put their best foot forward in its season opener against San Diego State. That step turned into a misstep by punter Kyle Ostendorp.
The idea is for the blocker in front of the punter to protect him. Instead, Ostendorp’s punt found the left hand of Josh Donovan. Easy to see how the senior could get in the way: he’s 6-foot-6 and 325 pounds.
