Argentina pilot told his student, 'You know what to do,' then jumped mid-air without a parachute. The student landed the plane safely, but the pilot didn't survive

A routine flight lesson in Argentina turned into an unimaginable emergency after a flight instructor told his 22-year-old student, "You know what to do," before jumping from the aircraft without a parachute. Left alone in the cockpit, the trainee remained calm, contacted air traffic control and successfully landed the plane at Coronel Olmedo Airport. The instructor, identified as Leandro Andrés Bertazzo, 42, was later found dead in a nearby field. Authorities in Argentina are investigating the incident as an apparent suicide, while the student's remarkable composure has drawn widespread praise from the aviation community and social media users around the world.
