Boca Juniors hero Dario Felman insists that Julian Alvarez is the 'perfect signing' for Manchester City after the Argentina international forward sealed his move to the Etihad Stadium.

The 22-year-old marked his birthday with a move to the Premier League champions as he completed his move from River Plate.

Alvarez, who helped River to their first domestic title in seven years, will return on loan to Marcelo Gallardo's side as part of the deal which was confirmed on deadline day.
