Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp believes there are few who can match Newcastle United right-back Kieran Trippier 'in terms of consistency' in the Premier League. Redknapp named Trippier in his BetVictor team of the week after the England international registered his third league clean sheet of the season in Newcastle's goalless draw against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The 31-year-old has established himself as a crucial player at St James' Park after his auspicious start, following his January move from Atletico Madrid, was interrupted by a fractured foot, which saw him miss around three months of action. Trippier returned for two of Newcastle's final three matches in the previous campaign and has captained the Magpies in all but one game in the Premier League in the absence of Jamaal Lascelles this term.
Redknapp also expects Trippier to use the upcoming World Cup in Qatar as an extra incentive to continue his impressive run of form. "He's turning into a decent signing for Newcastle," Redknapp wrote. "Ever reliable, he'll still have an eye on the World Cup. In terms of consistency, there aren't many that can match him in the Premier League."

Trippier returned to the England squad following his recovery from injury for the Three Lions' Nations League campaign in June.
He featured at left-back in back-to-back draws against Germany and Italy respectively but was an unused substitute as England lost home and away against Hungary.
