Area in London commuter belt named UK hotspot for first-time buyers

Dartford, Kent, has been named the UK’s commuter hotspot in new analysis by house buying specialist HouseBuyers4u.

Comparing first-time buyer mortgage sales with total housing stock in local authorities across the UK, the research identified areas where first-time buyers had made the greatest share of property purchases.
