Star forward Jayson Tatum led the Boston Celtics with 30 points, including two crucial blocks in the game’s final 30 seconds, to secure a 129-124 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night at TD Garden. Fellow All-NBA forward Jaylen Brown contributed another 25 points, and future All-Star (we hope, anyway) Derrick White added 24 more points, aiding the Celtics in winning their 2023-24 season series against the Pacers 3 games to 2.
Notably, the Pacers had previously eliminated the Celtics in the quarterfinals of the league’s new in-season tournament back in December, which added some extra spice to the game at the Garden on Tuesday.
