The Boston Celtics have encountered more resistance than they may have expected from the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the 2023 Eastern Conference playoffs. However, they are also not seen — yet — as being at risk of not advancing to the next round.

Injuries, inexperience and inconsistency are factors for all of Western Conference teams that might make it to the 2023 NBA Finals.
