Arabica Coffee Falls on Forecasts for Rain in Brazil

Brazil Ice Mar ICE Vietnam ICO International Coffee Organization USDA

March arabica coffee (KCH24) on Friday closed down -2.75 (-1.48%), and Mar ICE robusta coffee (RMH24) closed up +9 (+0.32%).

Coffee prices on Friday settled mixed, with arabica falling to a 3-1/2 week low.  Forecasts for rain in Brazil through next week are positive for coffee yields and bearish for prices.
