Apple services down as App Store, iCloud and more crash for thousands

Apple services are down with thousands reporting to have issued with the features.

Thousands of people have reported issues to Down Detector that they are unable to access Apple services.

The App Store, iCloud, Apple Podcasts, Apple Music and Apple Pay have been reported to be down, with many taking to social media to vent.

According to Down Detector, 1436 reported to be having issues accessing the App store as early as 4.20pm today, March 21.

One commented: "App Store won’t let me download anything."

"What’s going on with the App Store? Not only can I not access my app that I need to, but I cannot access the App Store to correct that!" Another said.

One added: "Seems like all apple servers are down."

1134 reports have been recorded regarding iCloud with people saying said they are having issues accessing their email, the website and files.

The issues look like they are global with thousands of people also reporting problems in America along with the UK.

So far, 230 people in the UK have reported having issues with iMessage with Glasgow being highlighted as a hotspot.

100 per cent of people have reported that they are unable to send messages and 483 people have reported that they are unable to use Apple Maps.
