Apple iPhone Duo release date: $1,999 foldable phone preorders sell out in US, deliveries pushed to 2027. Check date and other details

Apple's first foldable iPhone has already become difficult to get in the US. The pre-orders for $1,999 foldable iPhone Duo sold out within minutes after opening on Friday, October 16. Customers in the US who missed the initial rush may have to wait until late January 2027 to receive the device. The wait comes as delivery estimates have moved back from the original launch date of October 23.
