Cook's visit to Mar-a-Lago comes at a time when many tech giants are looking to strengthen their relationships with Trump before he assumes office in January. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg met with Trump last month, and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is also scheduled to meet with Trump in the near future.
Zuckerberg, Bezos, and OpenAI's Sam Altman have each pledged $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund.
