Police are appealing for information to help trace an off-road biker who collided with a 90-year-old man in Llanelli yesterday afternoon, Friday January 6. Police believe the rider hit the man while driving the wrong way up High Street near the junction with Queen Victoria Road just before 5pm.
The casualty has been taken to hospital, and suffered multiple fractures to his body and face in the collision. He is currently in a stable condition.
Despite coming off the bike himself, the rider left the scene and Heddly Dyfed-Powys Police are trying to identify him. They do not currently have a detailed description, but he is believed to have short brown hair and was wearing dark clothing, a lime green helmet and carrying a grey rucksack. The bike is described as black, and is an off-road style vehicle, which left in the direction of the town centre.
Anyone with information regarding the biker can call 101, email 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk or report on orlo.uk/btgmg with the reference DP-20230106-238.
