Police have launched an appeal after a woman was found with head injuries near a Nottingham supermarket. A 30 year old woman was found injured in daylight on Radford Road, in Hyson Green.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment after she was found near the Asda supermarket shortly before 1.15pm on Friday (September 2). Her injuries are not currently believed to be life-threatening, Nottinghamshire Police confirmed.
Detective Inspector Kayne Rukas, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “A team of detectives is working hard to try to establish what happened to this woman.

“Our enquiries remain ongoing and we’re urging anyone who witnessed the incident to please get in touch with us. We would also like to hear from anyone who may have captured CCTV or mobile phone footage relating to the incident and from any drivers who were in the area around this time who may have recorded dash-cam footage.
“Any information, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, could be vital in helping us understand how his woman came by her injuries.” Anyone with information is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident 312 of September 2.
