Animal welfare experts are appealing for a loving home for Abbey, a sweet Lurcher currently staying at Dogs Trust West Calder.
Abbey’s canine carers describe her as a friendly, affectionate dog who loves nothing more than a cuddle.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “A keen explorer, she travels well in the car for outdoor adventures where she likes to investigate new smells.
“As she has a desire to chase small animals, Abbey walks with a muzzle and lead, which she is happy to wear.
“Abbey has bundles of energy and would enjoy a garden to run around and do zoomies or play with her pink flamingo. She would like new owners who are around to keep her company as she settles into her new home.”
