Pick your favourite tipple from the choices of Aperol spritz, Campari spritz, negroni and negroni sbagliato, then sit back, relax and enjoy the sunset as the ocean lapses the shore. Aperol, the Italian aperitivo celebrated its 100-year anniversary in 2019, is the main ingredient of Veneto-originated Aperol spritz.
At the hotel’s oceanfront outlet, the four-month Aperol Pop-Up Bar will offer drinks and tapas-style snacks so guests can enjoy the unobstructed view and the Pattaya seascape. There will also be a live DJ on the weekends. This is in conjunction with the “Evenings At Renaissance”, a hotel ritual, which usually showcases the destination with drinks created with local ingredients. "Evenings At Renaissance" will be at the Aperol Pop-Up Bar four times a week, weather permitting.
