Kimora Lee Simmons' daughter, Aoki Lee Simmons, was recently rumored to be in a romantic relationship with Vittorio Assaf, the 65-year-old founder of Serafina, who is 43 years her senior. However, sources have confirmed that the alleged romance was just a fling and has already ended.

Despite Aoki referring to Assaf as her 'boyfriend' in Instagram Live videos and sharing PDA-filled moments during a vacation in St. Barts, a close source to Aoki clarified that they are not dating. Aoki herself denied being in a relationship with Assaf when questioned by the media.
