KOLKATA: Sunil Chhetri, at 37, doesn't know how long he will continue playing. He doesn't want to speculate either as he is taking things as they come. What he does know is that in case the country is banned by Fifa after the Supreme Court handed over the control of the AIFF to Committee of Administrators, it will be catastrophe for the country in general, and specifically for him.
"I was scared when the headlines (on the SC verdict) came. . . it affects you," Chhetri said here on Friday. "But then when you go into it, you understand it is not that dangerous and things will subside."
