There has not been much movement in regard to the head coaching search for the Las Vegas Raiders. Since the season ended on Sunday for the Raiders, the team has yet to put in requests to interview other candidates. It’s been incredibly quiet.
One reason that might be the case is that the Raiders already know who they want to hire. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Antonio Pierce has emerged as the leading candidate for the job. While that was assumed for much of the week, it now appears that it could be closer to official.

Pierce is expected to interview with the Titans on Saturday, but the Raiders remain highly interested. Expect to hear more news out of Las Vegas in the upcoming days about their future head coach.
