Antonio Conte continues to recover with his family in his Turin home as Tottenham prepare to face Chelsea and try to keep their place in the Premier League's top four.
Spurs' 2-0 victory against West Ham helped them jump above Newcastle and back into the Champions League qualification spots. Tottenham assistant head coach Cristian Stellini does not expect Conte to be back for the game against his old team this Sunday, although the 53-year-old was heavily involved in the victory against the Hammers with a constant dialogue between him and the coaching staff.
That match also brought another impressive performance from Emerson Royal, who has risen to the challenge laid down by the arrival of £40m January signing Pedro Porro from Sporting. Son Heung-min was also back on the scoresheet after being named on the bench for only the second time this season, while some of the Tottenham players admitted that they had some honest words with each other this week in order to move forward.
