The January transfer window is now reaching its business end for Tottenham Hotspur and the pressure is on the club's hierarchy to provide Antonio Conte with what he needs.
Spurs' managing director of football Fabio Paratici is currently back at home in Italy trying to set up deals aplenty to get players in and out of the north London club in the remaining five days of the window.
Conte has made it very clear that be believes Tottenham must start to improve their squad before January ends in order to try to compete in the second half of the season.
Spurs sit in seventh place in the Premier League table and could move into the top four if they were to win their games in hand over those above.
Conte has given his evaluation of the players he wants at the club and those he believes should move on and said he hopes Paratici and chairman Daniel Levy listen to him and that he has made his feelings very clear to them.
In their latest episode of their podcast Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham, our Spurs correspondents Alasdair Gold and Rob Guest have been discussing the days ahead for Paratici and the various incomings and outgoings that could be done before the window closes on Monday evening.
