Gary Neville has told Manchester United to focus their efforts on signing Son Heung-Min ahead of the summer transfer window, despite his eagerness to see Harry Kane swap White Hart Lane for Old Trafford. Tottenham Hotspur's deadly duo have enjoyed a tremendous season, and have helped Antonio Conte's side push towards Champions League qualification.
Son and Kane have featured 32 times alongside one another this season in the Premier League, directly contributing towards a combined nine goals between the two of them. They first welded a relationship in Spurs' frontline in 2015, and have since become the all-time record holders for most goal combinations in the league ahead of Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba.
Naturally, having impressed, Son and Kane have reportedly courted the interest from several of Europe's leadings sides, though the latter more so than the former. After months of speculation linking the England captain to a move to Manchester City, a deal fell through last summer after Daniel Levy reportedly refused to negotiate with Pep Guardiola's side over a fee for the striker.
