Antonio Conte has confirmed that Tottenham duo Oliver Skipp and Ryan Sessegnon will return to training next week. The news comes as a big boost for the Lilywhites as they look to pip rivals Arsenal to the final Champions League place.
Last featuring for Spurs at Chelsea in the league towards the end of January, Skipp has been absent for a lot longer than expected with a pelvic problem. Sessegnon, on the other hand, sustained a hamstring injury against Everton at the start of March at a time when he appeared to be making the left wing-back position his own.
"Good news for Oliver, Skippy, and Ryan Sessegnon, they are very very close to being back with the team. They are improving a lot," explained Conte in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Newcastle game.

"They are having important training sessions, not with the team but apart. I hope next week to have both players back with the team."
Ben Davies had returned early from international duty with Wales as a precaution due to a tight quad muscle but he is fit to take his place this weekend when Newcastle visit the capital. Japhet Tanganga has also been absent in recent months but he has been ruled out for the season after undergoing knee surgery.
