Theo Burrell has taken to social media to thank fans for their continued support and admitted she didn't think "she would be here".
The Antiques Roadshow expert, 36, was diagnosed with aggressive grade 4 glioblastoma last year and previously explained that her tumour would "kill her."
Theo was diagnosed with her tumour last year and has undergone chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery in a bid to keep her cancer under control.
She previously explained that she had "maybe only a year or two left to live", just one year after giving birth to her son who was one at the time of her diagnosis.
In a new health update, she has taken to Instagram to acknowledge the support she has been receiving.
In view of her followers, she shared a snap of herself alongside her best friend as the pair enjoyed a day out while basking in the scorching heatwave which is sweeping across the nation.
Captioning her upload, Theo penned: "I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been in touch over the last few days - it's been wonderful to receive so many messages and words of support.
"For anyone out there who has been diagnosed with a brain tumour recently, this photo shows me and my best friend at the weekend. "
She added: "I didn't think I'd still be alive. I didn't think I had a hope of being well. But I am. It will change, but right now I'm ok.
"I know this is not how it is for everyone, but if you've just been diagnosed, have hope if you can.
"And let's keep fighting, keep raising awareness, keep showing that we matter and that we do not accept being overlooked."
Her followers instantly flocked to the comment section to praise the antique expert for her continued strength.
Theo's update comes just days after she took to her Instagram page to reveal her employer, Lyon and Turnbull Auction House are running a fundraising auction to raise cash for The Brain Tumour Charity.
Posting an infographic about the auction, she said: "It's day two of Piece of Mind: The Brain Tumour Charity auction which we're running @lyonandturnbull in aid of @thebraintumourcharity.
"This time last year I was diagnosed with an incurable aggressive grade 4 brain tumour. Since then I've had surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to keep the cancer under control. But my friends and I are doing something positive in light of this by running a fundraising auction - with many incredible lots!"
