An anti-corruption commissioner "had a thing for pretty girls in the office," a report into his workplace behaviour has revealed.  

The redacted report released on Monday by the Northern Territory government found Michael Riches breached his statutory obligations, with five out of eight allegations against him substantiated and three unsubstantiated.
