Anthropic sues US Defense Department over supply chain risk label

Anthropic United States Supply chain Pentagon the US

Anthropic sued the US Department of Defense in court on Monday after the agency labelled it a supply chain risk last week.

The legal complaint comes after a conflict between Anthropic and the DOD over whether the military should have unrestricted access to Anthropic’s AI systems.
