Anthony Martial has challenged his Manchester United teammates to pick up where they left off in the Premier League.
United entered the break for the World Cup with a 2-1 victory against Fulham in the Premier League last month and Alejandro Garnacho''s match-winning goal at Craven Cottage ensured the Reds stayed in fifth position in the table.
Erik ten Hag's side have won 26 points after 14 games and they have a game in hand over Tottenham, who sit in fourth. Newcastle occupy third position in the table but they aren't expected to sustain their results for the remainder of the season.

United are looking to qualify for the Champions League this term and Martial has said the dressing room must be feeling confident about the restart of the league, following a promising first six months with Ten Hag in charge.
"We've not yet had that much opportunity to play together [the club's new signings], but these are great players," Martial told United's in-house media. "And for the greats, it's easy to adapt and it's just down to us to keep working on these playmaking moves.
"That will help the team to continue to develop. Yes [United are approaching the upcoming fixtures with confidence] and why not? We've got a very good team of players, with a great dynamic about us and we already have a lot of victories under our belt.
"We now just have to keep those winning ways we have shown in recent matches. There's a lot of matches coming up now, but apart from those who went to the World Cup, there has been some time for rest and they will also have some time off.
"So we all hope to return in good shape for the challenges ahead and to win all the matches we can."
