Eddie Howe says that he has been impressed by Anthony Gordon as he considers giving him his full debut for Newcastle United this weekend.
The England Under-21 international had a positive cameo against West Ham but after signing him for £45million in January, Howe must find a way to use him effectively in his team. The head coach took time out to work with Gordon on a "one on one" basis but indicated he simply has a tough choice to make rather than a selection headache.
Howe, speaking at his Press conference, said: "It was a really positive debut from him last week and I am really pleased. Your first impression that you give the home supporters is such an important moment.
