Ant McPartlin 'refuses' Saturday Night Takeaway punishment after crushing defeat to Dec Donnelly

Ant McPartlin was left seriously annoyed on Saturday night, when he suffered another defeat at the hands of best mate and presenting partner in crime Dec Donnelly and initially 'refused' to go along with his punishment.

After numerous Ant vs Dec challenges in the new series of Saturday Night Takeaway, it was all to play for as the Geordie hosts headed to Florida for the ITV show's finale. Their co-star Stephen Mulhern was on hand to play adjudicator as Ant and Dec took part in a number of talks around the Islands of Adventure theme park.

And, after taking each other on in a Harry Potter themed test, the lads were level pegging, meaning it was a case of winner takes all in the finale Ant vs Dec of 2023. Newly confirmed presenter of ITV's Deal or No Deal reboot, Stephen, took the lead on a diner style set, as Ant and Dec had to play a Wheel of Fortune style word wall game to emerge victorious.

The theme for the questions was America and Dec quickly raced to a 4-0 lead, having answered ones on the likes of Barrack Obama and Joe Biden. Ant managed to pull one back, but the win slipped through his grasp after Dec gave his fifth correct answer to take the spoils for the second year in a row.

As well as condening Ant to another year of being forced to do social media tributes to him every month, his defeat meant that he got a huge pie in the face. And the double punishment did not go down well with the frustrated presenter, who, after learning what was in store, swiftly retorted: "I'm not doing it."

Not listening, Stephen replied: "One thing I know about you boys is that you stick to the rules," as Ant fumed: "So not only have I got to do this..." as he pointed at the huge pie in front of him,"I've got to do that as well?" as Dec quipped: "It's terrible isn't it?"

After the pie shot towards him, Ant was left absolutely covered, immediately trying to cover Stephen in the mess
