Fans across the country have been enjoying sitting down on the sofa to tuck into Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway since it reappeared on our screens earlier this year. Tonight, March 25, hilarious duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly left fans feeling particularly excited as they unveiled the glitzy cohort of celebrities that will be appearing in a special I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! spin-off later this year.
I'm A Celebrity... South Africa will see nine former campmates re-enter the jungle for an all stars edition of the hit ITV reality show. However, like the winter edition of Love Island, the stars will be heading to South Africa, rather than the Australian Outback, where they originally lived off of rice and beans.
The spin-off will air on ITV and ITVX next month, and will see the fan favourites compete against one another as they vie for the title of "I'm A Celebrity legend". In addition to the location change, there will be other differences to the OG show, with the public voting system scrapped and the challenges increasing in difficulty.

In an exciting turn of events, Ant and Dec revealed the line-up of the upcoming series live on Saturday Night Takeaway this evening. The star-studded series will see the following former campmates swap their lives of luxury for sleeping on campbeds outdoors.
- Paul Burrell
- Carol Vorderman
- Jordan Banjo
- Shaun Ryder
- Helen Flanagan
- Fatima Whitbread
- Phil Tufnell
- Amir Khan
- Janice Dickinson
To celebrate the news, the nine contestants of the all stars series took part in a special game of "Read My Lips", with Ant and Dec then teasing fans with a trailer for the upcoming series. More celebrities will be joining them, but their names have not yet been revealed.
But, whilst the usual winter series is normally a hit with fans, some viewers confessed that they weren't so sure about the spin-off ahead of its release in April. I'm A Celebrity... South Africa was filmed in the Southern Hemisphere in autumn 2022, and not everyone is happy about this fact.
"You mean you've already been to South Africa? Lol," Siobhan wrote. "It was filmed a while ago. And the fact that it won't be live and the public can't vote makes me a lot less excited for this than I would be tbh."
Mike tweeted: "I’ll watch it but it would of been better live and public vote. Not pre recorded."
"It’s a huge shame it’s already all pre-recorded," Put The Telly On said.
Katie Wood wrote: "Not really any point not being Live and no public vote!"
Following the announcement of the I'm A Celebrity... South Africa line-up, a spokesperson for ITV said: "They survived the Australian jungle, but South Africa is an even harder proposition which will push them to their limits and test them like never before. The challenges are bigger and tougher and the environment harsher and more unforgiving."
Other stars rumoured to be entering camp include Joe Swash, Made in Chelsea's Georgia "Toff" Toffolo, Corrie star Andy Whyment, and EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney.
