Geordie stars Ant and Dec say they are delighted to be hosting a major awards show on TV for the first time ever.
The Prince’s Trust Awards will air on ITV and ITV Hub for the very first time, in the presence of the charity's founder Prince Charles, with guests celebrating the extraordinary achievements of young people supported by the Trust. At the event, viewers will hear first-hand from young people who have overcome major barriers and transformed their lives.
Now it has been announced that the awards, which Ant and Dec have hosted for 10 years, will be held in May and will air on ITV later in the month.

Speaking to ChronicleLive, Dec said: "We have been hosting the awards for 10 years and it's a really special day. The stories you hear are incredible.
"Every year we say 'it's a shame it's not on the telly'. But this year they have kindly agreed to broadcast it, which will mean more people can see it. It feels amazing."
Ant added: "It's an absolute privilege to be involved in The Prince’s Trust Awards again this year and to be hosting it for the 10th time. It is always so inspirational to hear from these young people who through pure determination and against all odds have come out fighting and achieved so much."
The Prince’s Trust helps young people from disadvantaged communities to get their lives back on track, by giving them the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.
Ant and Dec have worked with the Trust for many years and on Monday, they visited the charity's centre in Newcastle to launch a special course aiming to help young people find jobs or training in the media and entertainment industry.
