Ant and Dec fell victim to the perils of live TV in the final episode of Saturday Night Takeaway as the pair were hit with an amusing prop blunder.
The Geordie duo were joined by Star Guest Announcer Nicole Scherzinger as they presented the finale of the series live from Universal Orlando Resort in Florida. One segment of the show saw Nicole help one family win £1,000 from their living room as they played Saturday Night At The Movies.
The competition saw Nicole attempt to guess the name of the film that the family were acting out, while Ant was tasked with timing each charade with a clapperboard - but things didn't quite to to plan. As Ant attempted to pick up the board, it broke and left him holding the two halves in his hands.

"It just fell apart in the heat!" Ant exclaimed, before swiftly dropping the slate and holding only the clapper sticks. "It's alright, I can use that," he decided as he clapped the sticks together, while Dec and Nicole burst out laughing at the blunder.
There were chaotic moments aplenty in the live finale - including Stephen Mulhern sparking concern among viewers at home when he took a tumble as Ant tried to cover him with pie after losing Ant vs Dec for the second year running. A pie to the face was part of Ant's double punishment for losing to Dec in a Wheel of Fortune-style word game, along with being forced to do social media tributes to him every month until the next series airs.
While viewers were quick to express their disappointment that this year's Saturday Night Takeaway has come to an end, they don't have long to wait until they see Ant and Dec on their screens again. In fact, there's an extra treat in store for fans of the series tonight (Sunday) as ITV airs a one-off special episode, Saturday Night Takeaway: Behind The Screens, at 7pm.
Behind The Screens follows Ant and Dec around in a fly-on-the-wall documentary, giving viewers an exclusive look into what goes on backstage to bring the show to life. And as well as that, the pair confirmed that they will soon be back performing their hosting duties on ITV as Britain's Got Talent returns next weekend on Saturday, April 15.
