Ant and Dec give Limitless Win update and fans are disappointed

Ant and Dec have given a disappointing update for viewers who have been loving their new game show Limitless Win.

Earlier this month, the first episode of the new ITV show hit a peak audience for that time slot on a Saturday, with it pulling in the most viewers since Saturday Night Takeaway last year.

The first set of contestants walked away with £500,000, some of which they gave to charity, while, a week later, father and son duo Tony and Zee took £250,000 back to Scotland.

The third episode provided drama when two sisters ended up leaving with nothing after losing £30,000.

And Ant and Dec were gobsmacked on Saturday night over the last ditch decisions made by one player.

In the aftermath of millions tuning in to Limitless Win at the weekend, the hosts took to Twitter to reveal that this Saturday's episode, February 5, will be the last one.

Reacting to what they'd just watched, one fan tweeted the Geordie duo to say: "That was another superb and tense Limitless Win show, with even more fun questions too!!!! Well done to Sarah and Fiona with winning £30,000."

And, replying to their tweet, Dec wrote: "Thank you. Can’t believe it’s the last one next week! D"

Viewers were quick to react to the news, with one telling them: "Last one next week????? Are you joking???!!!! Awwwwww!!!!! Me and my wife are loving limitless win. Doesn’t feel like it's been on long. Hope you guys do it again."

Just as disappointed, another responded: "Such an amazing show! Absolutely gutted it’s the last show next week Are there any plans for a second series?" and a third posted: "what?!?! last one already? after next episode is saturday night takeaway returning?"
