Ant and Dec confirm this year's I'm A Celebrity's location - and share more on All Star spin-off

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have seemingly confirmed the location for I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here this year. The hosting duo are currently doing the media rounds as they promote the Prince's Trust Awards which air for the first time on TV on Thursday (May 26).

The star-studded ceremony took place on Tuesday (May 24) at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London’s West End. Britain's Got Talent stars Ant and Dec hosted the annual awards for a 10th year, which will air on ITV tonight, and was attended by the Prince of Wales.

Charles met with the celebrity ambassadors including Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway and spoke to Jonathan Bailey and Phoebe Dynevor, who star in Regency-era Netflix drama Bridgerton.

But during their appearance on Heart radio on Thursday morning, which was also to promote their new brand new book 'Propa Happy', Ant and Dec couldn't not be asking about the upcoming series of I'm A Celeb. And the Geordie duo, who have been hosting the ITV reality show for nearly 20 years, revealed they will be heading back to Australia.

For the last two years have seen the pair have been seen hosting the show from north Wales as their celebrity line-up faced living and doing challenges in Gwrych Castle in Abergele due to travel restrictions throughout the coronavirus pandemic. But Ant and Dec, the crew and the latest crop of famous faces appear to be heading back Down Under.

Talking to Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston on their Heart breakfast show, Ant said: "The plan is, we’re going back to Australia, we don’t want to go elsewhere. It’s got to go back to it. Back to its spiritual home, back to where it all started." He then added: "Everyone wants to see a bit of sunshine at that time of year on the telly."

And they had more to share. When Jamie asked them about I’m A Celebrity All Stars, a rumoured spin-off version of the show which will reportedly see past contestants return, Ant said: "There’s a spin off show and we’ve got ex campmates and we’re going to take them to South Africa and compete in lots of challenges, head to head trials and what not."

Dec then stopped him, adding: “But it’s top secret so please don’t tell anyone, you’re not supposed to tell anyone. I think it’s still a secret," to which Ant replied: "Not anymore!"
