In a resurfaced video, actress Anne Hathaway was seen politely declining photo opportunities with fans, sparking a debate among her supporters about her behavior. The clip, which was originally posted in 2022 on X, showed Hathaway interacting briefly with fans after attending the Valentino fashion show in Italy. While responding to the enthusiastic crowd, Hathaway requested them to calm down in Italian and explained that she couldn't take photos with everyone due to the large number of people present.
Instead of completely ignoring her fans, Hathaway graciously offered to stand and wave to them for photos. She expressed her regret about not being able to sign autographs because of the overwhelming number of people waiting. Hathaway's considerate response drew praise from many of her fans who deemed her behavior reasonable and respectful.
