Five weeks after the celebrity chef was found unresponsive in her home aged 55, the TV star, best known for hosting Worst Cooks in America, is said to have died from “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine,” according to an official autopsy from the New York City medical examiner’s office, which was cited by People on Thursday.
