Anna Geary has teased this weekend's Ireland's Fittest Family finale to be the 'most epic final showdown' the series has ever seen.
It's all to play for this Sunday evening with the final four families from Louth, Cork, Donegal, and Wicklow, all battling it out for the title in a 90-minute special grand finale.
After completing gruelling qualifier rounds, only the strongest have survived, with Davy Fitzgerald's Nugent's from Louth, Donncha O'Callaghan's Finnegan's from Cork, and Anna Geary's two teams - the Gallagher's from Donegal, and the Fitzsimons from Wicklow, in the final.

Speaking ahead of the big night, reigning champion coach Anna said it is one of the ‘closest’ finals in the series’ history, and not one to be missed.
“It is the most epic final yet - all four families will leave it all out there. It's one of the best final showdowns we have ever had,” she said ahead of Sunday.
The sports star turned presenter, who has two teams vying for the title, added: "Both the Gallagher's and the Fitzsimon's this year have very different dynamics and very different strategies ahead of the final, which will have some brand-new challenges this season.
“It has been so exciting so far - this final is the closest yet - it comes down to the wire.
“It is challenging, you want both families to do really well. you do what you can for both."
"This is my third final with two families in the final four," Anna added.
"Donncha is definitely mad to beat me! I think Davy came in disappointed to have gone out first last year. He has a new sense of determination and the Nugent's are a very strong family.
On new coach Nina Carberry, who missed out on a place in the final this year, Anna went on: "For Nina, it's hard for her not to be in the final on her first year, but I know already she will come back much stronger, she will definitely be waiting in the long grass for next season."
Despite Anna’s hopes for a second win in a row, Davy Fitzgerald said that his family, the Nugent's, could pull out a surprise performance this weekend.
He said: "The Nugents are going into the final as underdogs, but we’ll fight with everything we have and take it from there, we want the title of Ireland’s Fittest Family going to Louth and we can make that happen."
While Donncha O'Callaghan is confident that the title could be heading back home to his native Cork with the Finnegan's, saying: "The Finnegans are real fighters and they’ve gotten to the final the hard way and are going into this battle under the radar. Davy and Anna think myself and The Finnegans aren’t any competition at all but that’s just what we want them to think. Our plan is to bring the title back to Cork with us where it belongs."
This year's finale will take place on The Mountain in Kilruddery, in a 90-minute TV special, culminating in one family walking away with the coveted title of Ireland's Fittest Family 2022, and €15,000.
The families take on Mountain Madness and old show favourite Back Against the Wall for points, before the bottom two face an eliminator and the loser exits the competition.
With three families remaining, the families take on a brand-new event - the gruelling Wall of Pain.
But only two families make it through to the Grand Final, and only one will be crowned Ireland’s Fittest Family.
Ireland’s Fittest Family airs Sunday, RTE One, 6.30pm.
