Vladimir Putin may have sent a "double" to arrive at a summit in Tehran this week, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence has implied.
While the Russian leader looked awkward as he came down the steps of his flying Kremlin Presidential plane, he also seemed to move unusually quickly - and be more alert than he has lately.
He appeared animated with the greeting party, before removing his jacket and clambering into his waiting armoured plated limousine.
