Animal rights activists staged a bizarre protest by hanging a woman from her feet outside KFC before pretending to slit her throat in south London.
PETA claimed the demonstration - in front of horrified shoppers - was to highlight the slaughter of chickens by the global fast-food restaurant chain and other Lambeth shops.
