Angry Wilko shoppers threaten boycott after store welcomes dogs in

Wilko has made a significant change that will allow pet owners to bring their furry friends in-store for the first time ever - but some shoppers have not welcomed the change.

The popular retailer is now allowing family pets into 248 of its stores nationwide - including two in Bristol - from today (Monday, February 7) and leads are not compulsory, but not everyone is happy.

One Wilko customer even said she would be boycotting the business as a result, reports Examiner Live, while Wilko responded by saying "many customers think of pets as family members".
