Vogue Williams has slammed an "awful" passenger who refused to swap seats on a flight so she could be closer to her family.
The 36-year-old model said she had accidentally booked the wrong seats and asked if her husband Spencer Matthews could swap with a man sat next to him. She said the passenger snapped at her and initially refused to move.
The family had been returning home from Gibraltar when the incident occurred.
