An angry mum has caused quite the stir after insisting her stepdaughter is excluded from a holiday with her husband.
Having recently given birth to her first child with her new partner, who is already a father to an eight-year-old girl from a previous relationship, the new mum wants to travel cheap. To do that, she wants to leave her stepdaughter at home.
However, her post on Mumsnet has not exactly gone down well. Many fellow parents felt she was being unreasonable while others felt she was well within her rights to upset the eight-year-old and prioritise the value of her financial savings over her.
