An irate passenger from West Yorkshire has been banned from Jet2 for life and fined £5,000 after footage emerged of her screaming in the face of workers onboard a flight to Turkey.
The airline said Catherine Bush, from Cleckheaton, "displayed a catalogue of aggressive, abusive and dangerous behaviour" which included "physical aggression towards other customers and our crew."
It comes after footage emerged of Catherine screaming and marching up and down a flight which had to be diverted to Vienna just over two hours after leaving Manchester Airport. The diversion, brought on by Catherine's foul-mouthed rants, resulted in a delay of around an hour.
