Ange Postecoglou insists authenticity is the key to his leadership.
The Celtic boss admits he has evolved and adapted with the times having worked as a manager for over two-and-half decades. But Postecoglou maintains a need to stay true to himself is crucial in pointing his players in the right direction.
He said: “The one thing about leadership that I have come to understand is that probably the most key ingredient is to be yourself. If you try and be someone else or try to do it in a way that was effective or successful for somebody else, ultimately if that isn’t who you are, it is not going to work. When you talk about leaders and leadership, people will find people who they believe in and that only comes through authenticity that you are who you are.
