Tottenham Hotspur are looking to bring in a couple of new players for new boss Ange Postecoglou to start to work with on the club's summer tour.
Spurs fly off next Friday to start their pre-season tour to Australia, Thailand and Singapore and they will do so with new signings Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison, while they will look to add Manor Solomon and a new centre-back to their numbers as they take on West Ham, Leicester and currently Roma, although the Italian side have been tipped to pull out of their Asian tour.
Postecoglou and Tottenham must decide which centre-backs they want to bring to the club with Wolfsburg's Micky van de Ven, Bayer Leverkusen's Edmond Tapsoba and Fulham's Tosin Adarabioyo among their top targets, while Clement Lenglet also remains an option after his loan season from Barcelona.
The new Tottenham head coach has enjoyed a positive first week of pre-season with rave reviews from those within the walls of Hotspur Way about his training sessions, new coaching staff and his interactions with his players and those inside the building.
